Community Grant Timeline

Each spring the Phoenix Foundation issues a call for Community Grant Applications for organizations requiring funding for projects that will benefit residents of the Boundary communities.

The timeline below illustrates the steps applicants will follow during the granting process.


March 1, 2026

Grant Application

Qualifying applicants will be invited to submit a Grant Application. Applicants must create a “Do Some Good Account” in order to apply.

March 1, 2026
April 1, 2026

Application Review

Grant applications are reviewed to find candidates that best meet the criteria established by the Foundation for the year’s funding.

April 1, 2026
April 30, 2026

Grants Awarded

Selected grantees are notified. Terms and Conditions Letters are signed.

April 30, 2026
September 1, 2026

Grants Completed

The Foundation will contact you if more information is required.
