Grant Timeline

Each spring the Phoenix Foundation issues a call for Grant Applications for organizations requiring funding for projects that will benefit residents of the Boundary communities.

The timeline below illustrates the steps applicants will follow during the granting process.

Eligibility Questionnaire

Applicants should use the Eligibility Questionnaire to determine if projects may qualify for funding.

Grant Information Session

Applicants are invited to attend an information session announced through local media and the News section of this website.

Grant Application

Qualifying applicants will be invited to submit a Grant Application. Deadlines for submissions will be provided with invitations.

Application Review

Grant applications are reviewed to find candidates that best meet the criteria established by the Foundation for the year’s funding.

Grants Awarded

Selected grantees are notified. Terms and Conditions Letters are signed.

Grants Completed

Upon submission of a Final Report.
