Each spring the Phoenix Foundation issues a call for Letters of Intent for organizations requiring funding for projects that will benefit residents of the Boundary communities.
The timeline below illustrates the steps applicants will follow during the granting process.
Applicants should use the Eligibility Questionnaire to determine if projects may qualify for funding.
Grant Information Session
Applicants are invited to attend an information session announced through local media and the News section of this website.
Letter Of Intent
Applicants submit a Letter of Intent outlining their project and budget.
Qualifying applicants will be invited to submit a formal Grant Application. Deadlines for submissions will be provided with invitations.
Grant applications are reviewed to find candidates that best meet the criteria established by the Foundation for the year’s funding.
Selected grantees are notified and have 1 year from the date of grant award notification to complete their projects.
Upon submission of a Final Report showing proof of project completion and costs, grant funds are released.
